About us
A founder led data and AI consultancy in Edinburgh, helping small businesses trust their numbers.
At a glance
Our story
Collinalitics helps small and medium-sized businesses get clear, trusted numbers out of the data they already have.
Most of the businesses we meet run on spreadsheets that have grown over the years. Figures do not agree between teams, the same report is rebuilt by hand every month, and AI tools give confident answers from messy data.
Larger organisations solved these problems years ago with data teams. We bring the same discipline to businesses that do not have an analyst: we fix the data first, build reporting people actually use, and explain everything in plain English.
Based in Edinburgh, we work with businesses across Scotland and the rest of the UK, in person or online.
Meet the founder
Founder and data consultant, Collinalitics Ltd
Collins Ayidan is the founder of Collinalitics Ltd, a data and AI consultancy based in Edinburgh.
He holds an MSc in Mathematics and Data Science from the University of Stirling and has years of experience working with data in public sector roles, where reports have to be accurate, explainable and trusted by people who are not analysts.
Through Collinalitics he works directly with every client: cleaning up the data behind their reporting, building Power BI dashboards their teams use, and getting them ready for AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
What we stand for
What every project is built on.
Agreed definitions and clean, structured data come before any dashboard or AI tool, so the numbers can be trusted.
No jargon. You always know what we are doing, why, and what it means for your business.
A written scope and one fixed price before any work starts. No hourly billing and no surprises.
Full handover, documentation and a walkthrough, so your team can run the reporting without us.
