A fixed-scope sprint: we audit your key spreadsheets and systems, clean and restructure the data that matters, build one AI-ready data model, and set up Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT to answer questions from it. You finish with a written roadmap for what to fix next.
Larger projects
Builds with more pages, more systems, or heavier data restructuring are scoped separately and typically start from £3,500. Automation-only, SQL modelling, and AI integration engagements are also available standalone.
